Post Surgery Nutrition

In order for your loved ones to heal to their fullest potential you must provide them with the highest concentration of fresh nutrients available. Hospital food is an absolute joke. After my mom's neck surgery they brought her saltine crackers that she immediately choked on, a bran muffin that she also choked on, followed by sugar free jello & artificially sweetened yogurt. She couldn't eat the soup because it was made with MSG so she settled for cream of wheat which, being the lesser of evils, still has very little nutritional value. Like I said, a joke.

Make sure the person you love has what they need to heal..
Fruits, Vegetables & Spirulina will supply both micronutrients & amino acids in their purest forms.
Buy organically & locally whenever possible to ensure quality & be sure to rinse thoroughly, regardless of origin, to be safe. Research, know where it is coming from & what went on it.

The quality of your preparation will reflect in the quality of your juice, regardless of the ridiculous claims some juicers make.
I take the time to sharpen my knife before every juicing. It saves more time than it takes.
We love to stop & enjoy the different tastes along the way.. some things just taste too good by themselves.
It doesn't have to be messy or frustrating, with a little practice you will find that a little prep will eliminate a lot of work.
It is fresh, goes down easy, is immediately digested with little effort, highly concentrated & potent
Whatever can not be consumed immediately must be stored with as little oxygen exposure as possible & consumed within 24 hours.
