BOB IRONMAN TEST DRIVE

Our little man is 14 weeks & just under 20 lbs. The standard harness held him in place, with no discomfort. He never complained & there was no need to readjust him during the 7 miles.

The canopy provides good coverage most of the day but it will not completely block out the sun when traveling directly into the sunset.

The wheels are road oriented but provide adequate ground clearance & traction for
most terrains.

Suspension was effective enough to allow him to sleep even on rough & uneven terrain.

We cruised, sprinted & romped for hours with nothing but smiles, giggles & naps.

There was enough storage to take care of everyone.

Don't make the mistake of over paying for something that's designed to be used.
We found ours on Craig's List for $160.00

Great Buy!

Fresh vs Raw: A Brief Insight

Brittany Labbee
Hey mr Kennedy! I was wondering if you could answer a question for me- are frozen fruits better/worse/the same as fresh fruits??

Branden Kennedy That question is not simple & like so many things open to debate. The first thing I'd like to point out is our bodies thrive off of the live enzymes & nutrients provided by fresh fruits & vegetables. But consider that raw & fresh are not synonymous, nor is fresh & nutritious. A "fresh" vegetable that is picked prematurely, so that that it may travel half way around the world, to maintain its "fresh" appearance on your grocery shelf; is often more nutrient depleted than its frozen counterpart, which was harvested in its prime. Some retain their nutrients longer than others, assuming the nutrients were available in the soil & they were allowed to ripen appropriately. In my opinion, the key is to learn to diversify your nutrient sources according to season. When seasonal, locally grown produce is available it is there most nutritious & most delicious. But again, that is subjective to the integrity of the one producing the crop, so I suggest building a relationship with local farmers. Frozen is a great alternative when something is out of season or when convenience is an issue. Certain nutrients are more sensitive than others, hence they are lost in the freezing process but many are well maintained as a result of freezing at maximum potency.
